WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: 12-month lease agreements are available.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, there is on-site open parking. Private detached garages are available to rent: $85 per month.
IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
A: Smoking is not allowed inside all property buildings, however, smoking is allowed on apartment patios.
WHAT COMMUNITY AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS?
A: Community amenities include: Fitness center with cardio machines and free weights, Community room, On-site dog park with baggies to pick up after your dog, A playground with jungle gym, swings and slide.
WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?
A: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS OR SEE A MODEL UNIT?
A: Floor plans and photos are available on the website. Visit our photo gallery and floor plans pages.
CAN I MOVE INTO ONE APARTMENT AND TRANSFER ON A LATER DATE?
A: Yes, provided you fulfill at least 6 months of the initial lease. A transfer fee is required if you are in the middle of a lease. You must be a resident in excellent standing (no late rent payments or lease violations).
WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a pet friendly community - Dogs & cats welcome! Please call for more details.
ARE ANY HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS ACCEPTED?
A: Yes, Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY?
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, there are some exceptions to this, so please call for more details.
Some common exceptions include:
- Single parent with dependent(s)
- Married students
- Recipients of public assistance (not section 8)
IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
WHEN DO APARTMENTS BECOME AVAILABLE?
A: Availability dates and move-in dates are dependent upon current residents giving a notice to move out.
ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is permitted.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
A: Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for heat, electricity, cable TV, telephone and Internet.
HOW DO I INCOME QUALIFY?
A: Applicants must meet the following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.
Traditions Apartments participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:
- 1 Occupant: $39,000
- 2 Occupants: $44,580
- 3 Occupants: $50,160
- 4 Occupants: $55,680
- 5 Occupants: $60,180
- 6 Occupants: $64,620
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENTS?
A: Available apartment amenities include: private balcony or patio, washer and dryer hookups, NEW natural counter-tops, energy star appliances, NEW cabinetry, walk-in closets, and 9 foot ceilings.
